It is that time of the year. Unfortunately, not all the cats are lucky enough to have a good home with people who love them and care for them. So there are a lot of kittens to be saved this season :( We caught a feral cat with 3 kittens and I am fostering them. The Mum, we named her True, is non aggressive but very shy and she hides the second I enter the room. She lets me take the kittens and clean up their temporary home, she takes good care of her babies and she eats really well. She has been neutered so when the babies will be gone to their new homes, she will be released at the place she was trapped at: she is welcome to stay there and a volunteer feeds the colony there regularly. They tried to trap True for over a year, but she wouldn't enter the trap. Now that her kittens were crying for her on the other end of the trap, safely kept in a cat transporter, her maternal instincts took over. And so here they are! Let me introduce you to Trumi (male) and his two sisters: Trudi and Truli.

Oh so sweet!
Hi Sandra,
I've been blog hopping with several farm blogs this evening and discovered your place. Your blog title caught my eye as I love elephants - they are one of my most respected animals on the planet. I'm very happy to find yet another animal lover and rescuer. Thanks for all you do for the animals. These kittens are beautiful :)
What beatiful little creatures ~ they match the beautiful people who help them! :))))
